For the soprano choir of the Vienna Symphonic Library, 16 singers were selected in extensive castings, who on the one hand have the full range and on the other hand fit harmoniously into the overall sound of the group. After long test recordings, the first vocal sessions were tackled in the Silent Stage.

The most outstanding result is the first sampled legato of a choir - the legato performance patches of the soprano choir for Vienna Instruments reproduce the tied tones in a natural way.

The articulations include the vowels "U" and "A" as staccato, sustains, legato sustains, crescendos and diminuendos, fortepiano and sforzato. There are also staccati of the syllables ra, sa and ta.

Vienna Instruments and software require a ViennaKey !
The USB dongle from eLicenser (Steinberg, formerly Syncrosoft) is not included in the Vienna Instruments, but must be purchased separately. So you have to order at least one ViennaKey together with your first collection. It is automatically placed in the basket with the first instrument, but can be deleted again if you do not need it. Each ViennaKey can store up to 100 product licenses.
You also need an internet connection on any computer to authorize a ViennaKey.
