SYNCHRONIZED CHAMBER STRINGS SORDINO
Small string ensembles with mutes
The second library of the SYNCHRONIZED Chamber Strings is at the same time the updated and improved version of the VI-Collection Chamber Strings II. The small string ensembles played with mutes were recorded with the relatively short and controlled spatial sound of our specially built Silent Stage and are supported with help of the convolution reverb of the Synchron Player placed in the large recording hall of the Synchron Stage Vienna.
The ensembles of six first violins, six second violins, four violas, three cellos and two double basses shine with a silky, elegant and detailed sound. The samples were masterfully recorded with all the subtleties that are essential for creating lively and organic-sounding arrangements.
SYNCHRONIZED Chamber Strings (sordino) contains the somewhat extended articulations of the Chamber Strings II Collection, which are reorganized in the user interface of the Synchron Player and offered with a clearly structured color code. This enables quick and easy access to the wide variety of ways of playing.
Due to the new preparation of the sample database for the synchronous player and its possibilities, this library is easier and more comfortable to use. The meticulously balanced volume behavior of the entire sample database ensures seamless transitions from one playing style to the next or their gentle fading. The optimized velocity crossfading allows even volume changes.
All legato transitions have been improved, and the new release sample technology of the Synchron Player considerably expands the possibilities for using the existing articulations. Playing styles such as détaché, fortepiano, crescendo or diminuendo can be played for a shorter time and still sound authentic by using different release samples. So you can z. With the beginning of crescendo tones, for example, you can achieve a very restrained portato playing style, or with the beginning of diminuendo tones you can achieve a very expressive playing style with easy phrasing of each tone that sounds very musical and natural.
The presets created by the audio engineers of the Synchron Stage place the ensembles perfectly in the large recording hall of the Synchron Stage Vienna with the help of tailor-made impulse responses and the integrated MIR technology. You can also turn off convolution and algorithmic reverbs completely, in order to place the relatively dry signals of the instruments in any other environment. With the surround sound of the Synchron Stage Vienna, the ensembles of SYNCHRON-ized Chamber Strings (sordino) deliver a perfect overall sound "out-of-the-box" and also merge seamlessly with all other products in the Synchron Series.

Vienna Instruments and software require a ViennaKey !
The USB dongle from eLicenser (Steinberg compatible) is not included in the Vienna Instruments, but must be purchased separately. So you have to order at least one ViennaKey or Steinberg eLicenser together with your first VSL product. Each ViennaKey can store up to 100 product licenses.
You also need an internet connection on any computer to authorize a ViennaKey.
