This String Section Pack brings the artistic expression, realism and unique sound quality of Synchron Strings Pro to the Big Bang Orchestra . BBO: Ursa contains dynamic, expressive performances by an ensemble of ten violinists from the Synchron Stage Orchestra, who are regularly used for recordings for Hollywood blockbusters, film trailers, documentaries or classical recordings.
The homogeneous, balanced sound of this well-rehearsed ensemble was recorded in Stage A of the Synchron Stage Vienna. The outstanding acoustics of this room and the many years of experience of the sound engineer team guarantee recordings that will enrich your arrangements with emotionality, naturalness and the highest sound quality.
All playing styles are taken from the Synchron Strings Pro Collection : short notes (bold, agile, fortissimo), long notes with light and strong vibrato (crossfading) and espressivo played, legati played with light and strong vibrato and with a marcato approach, sforzati, various Crescendi, pizzicati and tremoli. The tone repetitions are available in tempos of 120, 230, 140 and 160 bpm and can also be synchronized to the host tempo. BBO: Ursa also contains the unique "soft releases" of long notes, in which the musicians phrase the note more slowly and carefully, which sounds more natural and musical than letting the end of a note fade away with the help of MIDI controllers.
With the available mixer presets you get a perfect sound "out-of-the-box" with which you can get started right away. "Room Mixes" are CPU and RAM-saving stereo mixes in which the signals from the Decca tree and the surround microphones have been combined in a premix. Other mixer presets come up with a combination of individual microphone signals that are on separate mixer channels and can be changed as desired. These include B. "Stereo Decca Tree" and "Surround to Stereo" - the latter adds the signals from the surround microphones to the stereo output of the synchronous player in order to achieve a denser, richer overall sound. The “Surround” presets can be used in actual 3D audio setups, e.g. B. Dolby Atmos or Auro-3D.
