Legato Vocals Library for Kontakt

Presented by Amber Balltzglier , Atelier Series Amber is the first vocal library of its kind - an authentic, triple-tracked legato vocal library.

This means that Musical Sampling recorded all performances three times (per vocal) and layered them on top of each other. This allows the subtle discrepancies in speed/pitch between each vocal recording to be played off against each other, resulting in a performance/sound that is somewhere between a solo vocal and a choir.

Originally intended for pop music, it quickly became apparent that the library is also ideal for cinematic, EDM and world genres.

In addition to the usual 3 ensemble legato patches, 9 faux ensemble versions have been created, massive lead instruments for epic/dramatic passages. All legato patches trigger a consonant attack at a velocity value of 100 or higher.

Also included is Awakenings - a keyswitch suite with seven differently designed pads taken from the vocal recordings.
