• Filters : A true analog sound needs an excellent filter, which can sound lush or screechy when clipped. While analog filters have imperfections such as distortion, noise, phase shift and self-oscillation - properties that digital filters lack - Saurus models the most well-known analog filters very closely. It includes accurate nonlinearity and self-oscillation to mimic analog circuitry, as well as FM, feedback and analog-modeled distortion for added character.

• Arpeggiator & Gate : Tone2 has developed an arpeggiator that offers more than just the basic functionality of a note jump. It expands the concept with features such as custom patterns, chords, swing and speed per step. Your arpeggio sequence can be as simple or complicated as you want.

• Modulation & Effects : Saurus lets you connect numerous modulation sources to sound parameters via drag & drop or via the matrix, enabling modulations at audio rates. MIDI Learn simplifies CC assignment with a right click. To enhance the sound, Saurus includes classic effects such as 4x Unison, Chorus, Delay, Reverb and Tube Amp, all of which offer a first-class sound.
