SYNCHRONIZED Special Edition Volume 3 contains “con sordino” (muted) articulations of the solo strings and chamber strings as well as the lush and cinematic Appassionata strings (56 musicians), each with normal and sordino articulations. A second harp is also available, which is an alternative to the harp from Volume 1.

The string articulations include staccato, détaché, sustained, sforzato, tremolo, pizzicato, legato & portamento performances.

If you have already purchased Volume 1 or Volume 2 and want to add particularly lyrical, silky shimmering string sounds, this volume is the perfect addition. By the way, did you know that you get particularly warm and rich strings when you combine "normal" strings with "con sordino" articulations?

Edited, remastered and expanded

For the development of the SYNCHRONIZED Special Editions, the original sound data have been completely revised, re-edited and expanded. For each instrument, all volume levels of each articulation were adjusted in order not only to fit seamlessly within an instrument, but also in harmony with the other instruments of the SYNCHRON-ized Special Editions and all other libraries of the Synchron Series. In addition, the Synchron Player improves the automatic triggering of release samples and thus contributes to the overall increased realism of all included instruments.

Outstanding acoustics

The Synchron Player contains a customized convolution reverb module based on Vienna MIR Pro, which provides the extraordinary ambience of the 540 m2 recording hall of the Synchron Stage Vienna. The perfectly coordinated reverb and positioning presets combine tailor-made impulse responses with masterfully designed reverb settings for all instruments and ensembles. The ambience of the “Stage A” of the Vienna Scoring Stage is added to the comparatively dry samples in real time, so that the SYNCHRON-ized Special Editions sound perfectly together with every other product in the Synchron Series and therefore an immediately usable surround sound “out-of-the-box” " deliver.

Expandability

You can expand your instrument inventory by adding additional volumes based on your needs and budget. The optimized structure of all instrument configurations with standardized presets for articulations, placement and reverb makes the application easy and quick to learn!
