Greg Howe is one of the most influential American jazz-rock and fusion guitarists, and has toured with headlining artists such as Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake. To date, Greg has recorded 19 albums for major record labels, including nine solo albums.

TH-U Greg Howe Pack is both a TH-U expansion pack and a free-standing product, meaning that it can expand the model list of an existing TH-U installation, or it can be purchased as a self-contained pack that includes all of the TH-U editing features, the Rig Player, the Amp Tweaks, the Tuner and the Looper, etc., with no need to have a pre-existing TH-U license.

DV LITTLE GH 250 TUBE CLEAN

The DV Mark Little GH 250 Tube Clean Signature head and the DV Mark 2x12" Greg Howe cabinet have been designed in partnership between Greg Howe and DV Mark in order to create a guitar amplifier dedicated to the jazz-rock style.

The amp is a two-channel head with a lot of dynamics: it is designed to deliver a well-controlled tone, ideal for playing very technical parts and keeping the guitar tone up in the mix.

2X12 DV 212 GREG HOWE

The 2X12 DV 212 Greg Howe features a couple of 12" Neoclassic speakers in a deeper cabinet, offering full and balanced sound. The closed-back design gives warmth, clarity, and an impressive low end punch allowing you to get the 4x12" feel in a smaller size.

NEW! MR. HOWE PLEXI HEAD

For crunch and lead parts with a jazz-rock vibe, the TH-U Greg Howe pack includes the Mr. Howe Plexi head, a unique amp with a modern mid-gain design. It offers a lot of presence in the upper-mid frequency range, optimized to keep the solo parts in front of the mix.

NEW! CM PLEXIPHONE

The CM Plexiphone is an emulation of an overdrive pedal that recreates the tone of a Carl Martin Plexitone*. This is the main pedal on which Greg's tone is built.

It contains a crunch channel and a high gain channel, and on top of that it offers a clean boost channel with up to 20dB of gain.

The crunch channel goes from subtle overdrive to a hard rock gain stage, and the high gain channel goes from rock gain stages to absolute meltdown, with loads of gain and low end.

3D CABINET SIMULATION + DOUBLE IR LOADER

TH-U offers a matrix of four microphones that can be placed anywhere in the 3D space in front of and even behind the cabinet, and allows you to change the angle and pan them in the stereo space. Fluid Convolution allows you to move the microphones seamlessly and use long IRs to get realistic and true tones. A double IR loader integrated into the cabinet module allows you to load and mix IRs with the cabinet microphones. Overloud's ReSPiRe 2 technology allows you to choose between the real response of the cabinet and a processed version optimized to fit into the mix. Six different room types and 18 microphone models can be selected.

AMP TWEAK

Thanks to its innovative DSP technology, TH-U features a new panel that allows you to change the pre and power tubes models, as well as to simulate the action of a variac. This allows you to mod any amplifier model with an almost limitless combination of tubes and opens the product to new sound capabilities

MIDI TOTAL CONTROL

Setting up a MIDI floorboard is as easy as clicking an element on the TH-U interface and pressing the corresponding pedal on the MIDI floorboard. TH-U learns the MIDI connection and makes it instantly available in any preset. Gigs have never been so much fun with TH-U!
