The deep, booming sound of the contrabass trombone is perfect for adding weight to brass sections or creating a dark atmosphere in cinematic compositions. The instrument sounds with great intensity in all registers, but is most often played in the lower register, where it takes the lowest voice in the four-part trombone section to provide a powerful bass foundation.

This library offers a complete set of expressive and dynamic articulations: short and long notes, legato (including fast legato), crescendos and decrescendos, sfz, sffz, pfp, flutter tongue and duophonics. Thanks to the dry recording in the Silent Stage, the sounds can be precisely placed in the stereo panorama and virtually in any room.
