Small Upright EKX - Small piano - big sound!

The 6-octave piano model 1001 by August Hoffman, perfectly suited for "edgy" modern music productions in which the piano has to assert itself characteristically.

The Small Upright EKX features a six-octave Model 1001 upright piano from August Hoffman, a respected Swedish manufacturer whose roots date back to the late 19th century. This very special piano is known by the nickname "Bambino" and was built in the 1970s. Due to its small design, it impresses with a very characteristic, penetrating and clear sound that cuts through particularly well in the mix. Although it hasn't been built for a long time, the August Hoffman "Bambino" is often used in many songs by the leading indie pop, rock and alternative bands, especially in today's modern pop music.

Please note : This EZkeys 2 sound library extension is a so-called "Legacy EKX" as it was originally recorded as a former EZkeys 1 sound library. In contrast to the sound library extensions produced exclusively for EZkeys 2, a "Legacy EKX" can be loaded and used both in the previous version EZkeys 1 and in the current version EZkeys 2. Users who still only use EZkeys 1 and do not want to switch to EZkeys 2 can still easily expand their existing EZkeys 1 with "Legacy EKXs".

• Outstanding dynamic response of the tones for the most authentic playing feel

• Natural resonance of the resonating strings is mapped using own real samples
